Free venue listing
Adding your venue is completely free. Once approved, your venue gets its own page showing all upcoming events, and anyone submitting an event at your venue can select it from the dropdown.
The full trading name of your venue exactly as you'd like it displayed — e.g. Clwb Crown or Redhouse Cymru. The web address (URL) for your venue page is generated from this name, so double-check the spelling before submitting.
Street address of the venue — e.g. High Street, Merthyr Tydfil. Shown on every event page at this venue and used in Google's event listings.
UK postcode — e.g. CF47 8AW. Used for the map on event pages and in Google's structured data.
A short paragraph about your venue — what it is, what type of events it hosts, capacity, atmosphere, facilities. Shown on your venue's page. The more you include, the better it looks to visitors.
Your venue's own website. Shown as a link on your venue page so visitors can find out more.
A contact number for the venue. Shown on your venue page for people who want to call ahead.
Your social media handles or full profile URLs. Displayed as links on your venue page so visitors can follow you and stay updated on events.
The share link from Google Maps for your venue location — shown as a "Get Directions" link on event pages. To get it: open Google Maps, search for your venue, tap Share → Copy link, and paste it here.
We review venue submissions manually and aim to approve within 24 hours.
Once approved, your venue gets its own page at /venues/your-venue-name listing all upcoming events. It also appears in the venue dropdown when anyone submits an event.
