The Merthyr Half Marathon is one of South Wales' most popular road races, drawing runners from across the UK to take on a 13.1-mile route through the stunning landscape of Merthyr Tydfil. Starting and finishing at Cyfarthfa Park, the course winds through the historic Trevithick and Taff Trails, offering incredible valley scenery.
